Practice Policies
Use of Pools During Morning Practice
Pool use during morning practice time is limited to the swim team only. No lifeguards are on duty for recreational use, and swimming by parents or children is not permitted. Thank you for your cooperation in following our safety protocols and avoiding the need for Management intervention.
10 & Under Swimmers
An adult is required to be on the pool deck during practice if you swimmer is 10 years or under.
Communication with Coaches During Practices
Parents, please avoid talking with coaches during practice time. Coaches are typically around the pool long enough before and after practice for you to speak with them and be able to adhere to this policy. If you need to speak to a coach, and find it difficult to do so within these guidelines, please speak with a member of the Pool Committee or send an email to [email protected] and a committee member will assist in arranging a meeting.
2026 Swim Evaluation Schedule
Must be registered for the team through SwimTopia to participate, no RSVP needed.
The pool will not be open, swimmers may leave after completing the swim test.
If you have more than one swimmer, you are welcome to come on the day of your oldest child's swim test to have everyone tested, but the designated age group for that day will go first. For those needing re-testing or if you are unavailable the week of the swim test, the coaches are available the first two weeks of evening practice from 5:00 PM - 5:15 PM (every afternoon there is practice) and 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM May 30th.
